In the event that a dispute arises from this pre-contractual or contractual relationship, the Parties undertake, before any legal action, to consult each other to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with the legislation in force, the User has the possibility to use, in the event of a dispute, a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties at the end of one of these procedures and a period of sixty (60) working days, the dispute will be submitted to the French courts; the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of the registered office of PARAGON MOBILITY.
